The Service is bad it takes them 3 hours just for oil change

Why can't you offer complimentary drinks and popcorn like other Toyota dealers. For people who sit and wait hours for car service, it would sure be nice for your customers. Also you need to offer courtesy rides home for customers so they have the option of going home instead of sitting in the dealership waiting for hours.
