Turner recommended a couple of years ago that I replace my heat pump and air conditioner because they were leaking Freon and needed service twice a year. So I took their recommendation and purchased two new units. Since the purchase they have had to come out several times to top off my Freon. My a/c went out on a very hot day a couple of weeks ago. A neighbor recommended Turner Heating and Air Conditioning. I called and a technician came to my house the next day. He checked my unit and said it was just a bad capacitor. I was elated that I didn't have to replace the whole unit! He replaced the capacitor and checked the vents to make sure all were putting out air . I would highly recommend this company . They are reliable , professional, and honest. Two years ago I had a problem with the air conditioner down at the laundromat Cindy and I were in Cancun with her parents I called Turner heating and air they are in Shepherdsville and they didn’t know me from Adam but they sent someone right over took care of the problem and never worried about payment they sent me a bill. Our a/c went out Memorial Day. We had several people come out and give us appraisals. But Turners not only came out and gave us an appraisal, the gentleman who came explained the whole process. From the units we had to choose from and their differences, to how the installation process was going to work. When we chose to work with them, they managed to get us in the next day since we have an asthmatic child. Plus, the installation crew said they would work later to get us taken care of!!! I have called Turner a few times, for my daughter's home and mine. Each and every time they were polite and professional. They did not try to oversell anything, and even told my daughter that she did NOT need a new system that another company had tried to sell her. Her system is still working, 5 years later. Thanks for saving her thousands of dollars! As for mine, the part had to be ordered but the tech would not leave until he was certain we had some sort of heat source for that night. I will always use Turner.
