5 Star : My Experience The estimator told me the team would need my car for 3 days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday night. I did not receive any updates regarding the status and went to the dealership on Friday evening to pick up the car and was told it was not ready. I did not get an update until I left the dealership on Friday evening that the car would be ready on Monday.
