The main issue is that when the call was made to pick the vehicle up initially, there was a significant repair defect that we called out and refused to take the vehicle. The hood was not installed properly and had a large gap on one side. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality There was a gap between the bumper and headlight that was missed and needed corrected before I left on the day I picked it up. Minor issue and didn't take long to correct, but probably should have been caught sooner. After leaving while driving at night I discovered the new headlight is not aimed properly, so I need to stop back again. Hopefully another quick adjustment, but again, it should have been caught or checked before I picked it up. 4.5 Star : Customer Service
