They missed some scratches and when fixing car keys they handed me 2 extra regular keys when I had the smart key and now my spare keys don’t work leaving me with 1 half smart key, 2 regular keys that won’t start my vehicle and spare not working. 3.5 Star : Customer Service 0 Star : Returned Clean

5 Star : Likely to Recommend I will always recommend Beatty 4 Star : Repair Quality I love Beatty Chevrolet Collision. We’ve used them a couple of times. Patrick is awesome. This time was a little different than usual. Different parts arrived than were ordered , and the drivers door is making a sound when it’s opened. I haven’t had time to call Patrick yet, because we have family illness issues. But , I will. I’m sure it will get fixed. Patrick runs a tight shop, but it will be an inconvenience to have to turn this car back ... read more
