2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Mostly because windshield issue 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Some residue (glue) left near/above gas tank area; took an extra day of two because they ‘lost’ parts when reassembling. Several scratches on my windshield that were not there before when I dropped it off (something abrasive on cloth they used when washing car before returning to me?) 4 Star : Customer Service Kept me informed and very nice. I’m not sure if it was Sun Motors, Nationwide, or Turner Collision, but somehow the wrong front grill was order and placed in my Wife’s vehicle. So we are really hoping they bring us back to repair it. Besides that, Turner is the Best!!! Thank you for everything!

This was a painless process and the repairs are perfect! 5 Star : Repair Quality Justin Geary (the manager) was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful walking us through the repairs needed. My husband hit a deer and was upset that he killed the deer but was worried about the damage to his Mercedes, too.
