Great service. David has been at our home three times and each time he was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. When Sears didn't show-up for scheduled repairs or call to explain or reschedule, we called Turner and haven't been disappointed with the quick service and helpful staff.
We had excellent service today - Thanks Steve! He came and detected our washer problem in minutes. When the problem was bigger than we expected he walked me through repair and purchase options. Thank you for fast, friendly service!
I had Turner Appliance out to fix my dishwasher today. The were prompt, courteous, and efficient! Brent was helpful and kind when telling me I needed to clean my filter! He didn't even laugh at me!!!
