I bought a washing machine from Turner. I had it 3 months and the transmission broke. The cost to repair it was more than what I paid for it. I will not be getting it repaired and taking a chance with it breaking again. I would not ever recommend anyone spending your money with them.
I cannot recommend Turner Appliance HIGHLY enough. They’ve done great work for us in the past, and we were convinced our fridge was dead last night. But after a quick service call from Turner, we’re back up and running today. These guys are the best. You won’t be disappointed!!
These repair guys are the best in Indy. On time, professional, friendly, and affordable. Even our dog likes the g=repair gentleman that has been here teice. I would highly recommend then to anyone
I was treated great here. And they made a special delivery on Saturday because I was without a refrigerator for a week. Love this place.

Horrible customer service. They don't back the new appliance products they sell. Be careful.
Bought a new house they put a fridge in it won’t cool in the freezer went into the shop they told me they will exchange it did the exchange and the freezer still won’t cool. The agent on the phone Taylor that answers is RUDE as hell!! She has no customer service skills. A month later 2 freezers NOT working and no one wanting to help. Defiantly wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I will be calling to speak to the owner to see if he can make things right if not I will report this to everyone. Have to give a very high recommendation to Turner Appliance. Our dryer went out and it was beyond anything I knew how to fix. They were early for the appointment, called to ask if it was ok they were early, extremely friendly, and were done fixing everything within 30 minutes and that includes explaining everything and paying the bill. That’s customer service! Won’t ever use anyone else
