Just had a service call from Turner Appliance stop by our home due to our dishwasher not drying. Decided to go with Turner after reading the reviews on Angie's List. My wife ( who was home to deal with this) was favorably impressed. Said the technician although relatively young was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Just found our new appliance repair company!
My mom recently entered this appliance store. Upon arrival no employees were in the showroom. Once an employee finally did enter, they never acknowledged her or asked if she needed help. But once another customer entered the store, the employee greeted the customer and continued to ignore her.
Quick, honest and reasonable prices. They are the best.
Danny did a very thorough job inspecting the oven, including the wiring in the junction box. He fixed the junction box issue and also did some investigating to identify why one of the oven lights has never worked in 13 years. It was never attached...Something HH Gregg should have been able to identify when the double convection oven was installed. I am very pleased with the prompt, effective service from my service technician.
