Turbospin is very challenging but a very fun workout! The class causes you to push beyond your comfort zone and makes you go after it !
About a year ago I decided to give spin classes a chance since cardio was never my thing. I've been going to Turbo Spin ever since! No matter the instructor, I always walk out feeling like I've gotten a great work out! Brittany takes the time to get to know each one of her clients which makes it a really great environment.
One of the most fun ways to suffer through a great workout! Perfect for the beginners and the seasoned cyclist looking to get some interval/speed work in! The stats board brings a new level of energy to class and helps me push more than I would otherwise! No matter what your fitness level is you will benefit from taking it into TURBO-MODE!!!
Best spin around. Highly recommend. They put the "Turbo" in TurboSpin.
