What a great experience. I dropped in, As i was traveling and wanted to get a workout in. I was greeted at the front desk with a warm and friendly smile, and made to feel like I was a member. If you looking to try spin or you are an experienced cyclist, this is a great place to go.
I was a bit intimidated walking into the studio since it had been a few years since I had been to a spin class, and to be honest everyone there was in *much* better shape than I was and SO gorgeous. I had NOTHING to fear. Everyone there was warm and welcoming and friendly and so helpful! They even have shoes you can borrow for class, but their bikes have both kinds of clips if you bring your own. They provide towels and weights. Amazing place to help you find your inner strength! Have enjoyed every single class I have taken. The instructors are motivational and encouraging. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Turbospin is great! The instructors keep you motivated through the entire class and it is one of the best full body workouts I have ever had!
