I wouldn't recommend because I have been looking at a possible rent house that was found through FB marketplace and when I asked if still available it went to a leasing agents personal page and never received a reply except seeing unavailable. Then I see. it is in fact still available and you still can't find out any info. makes me wonder how this company takes care of their properties. I also called and no return phone call. This house is in Broken Arrow off S. 150th.
There are evasive and do not care about their tenets. The do not follow through on anything they say and don’t properly maintain their properties.
This is a great company managing high-end properties of outstanding quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my real estate needs. Business matters are handled promptly and respectfully.
I have contacted them several times via email (preferred communication) no one will answer me back. If you have your house listed to rent through them you need to un list it and find someone that will communicate with potential tenants.
Absolutely appalling lack of communication. I've gone months with a broken washing machine, since the first week of May. gk sent out a third party technician that could only confirm that my machine was broken, since he had no authority to say if he should replace or repair the machine. Apparently, that was a good enough job for gk and they considered the job done. Zero follow up with me about my machine-- no calls no emails. Absolutely the worst company I’ve been involved with! When I first moved into my house it was under a different company in whom I Loved! They took over and I HATE IT! They don’t have a great form of communication. You can ONLY EMAIL and that pisses me off! I’ve had several things I’ve taken care of myself bc they come out when they want to and then most recently didn’t respond to a maintenance request until I followed up for them to tell me the owners wouldn’t handle it but they could call someone for me to pay to have servi... read more
They are very easy to work with and prompt to make any maintenance repairs. I would never use any other Agency other than this one. 5 Stars UPDATE: I no longer give a 5 star rating on this Leasing & Management Group.
Just about every maintenance issue is handled horribly. Our AC unit took them almost a year and 4-5 visits to figure out and fix. In the meantime we suffered through house temps of 76-84 degrees many times. Our plumbing had a large block under the driveway that took them 6 months and 4-5 visits to figure out and fix. In the meantime we had sewer back up in our house multiple times, once the day after bringing our newborn home. I’ve been waiting since November for maintenance repairs! Every time I call the maintenance line they tell me they don’t manage my property yet they take my rent payment. After numerous attempts I finally reached someone by email when the heat in our house broke and she apologized, said she would get the issue fixed and gave me her direct number for future problems.
