We have been looking for a house to rent in Broken Arrow for about a month. We went and did the self guided tour for 2 properties and called TPG over 15 times and left numerous voicemails. Never was able to get ahold of them and nobody ever called me back. The application fee was $75 for BOTH applications and then magically as soon as I applied less than 24 hours goes by and both are no longer available? FISHY. I wouldn't recommend because I have been looking at a possible rent house that was found through FB marketplace and when I asked if still available it went to a leasing agents personal page and never received a reply except seeing unavailable. Then I see. it is in fact still available and you still can't find out any info. makes me wonder how this company takes care of their properties. I also called and no return phone call. This house is in Broken Arrow off S. 150th.
They are very easy to work with and prompt to make any maintenance repairs. I would never use any other Agency other than this one. 5 Stars UPDATE: I no longer give a 5 star rating on this Leasing & Management Group.
I can’t say enough about the service we’ve received with Home Finders!! We moved from out of state and they went above and beyond to make our transition smooth. Upon moving in we had a plumbing and a/c issue that we needed immediate assistance with and they didn’t hesitate to send out well trained and polite professionals to remedy the situation. So glad we went with Home Finders and highly recommend Emma Licht!!! Thank you!!!
Being retired Tiffany and Emma were a great help finding us a duplex to rent. Emma showed us the duplex and explained the paperwork needed. Brittany did a good job going over lease papers at signing. After move in they had service people come right out to fix small problems.
I rented from Home Finders last year and couldn’t be happier! All my issues were dealt with immediately. Tiffany was professional and always returned my calls! I would recommend this company to my family and friends!
They just took over my home as property managers and they have been so sweet and helpful. They set up my easy to use online portal so that I could pay my rent online. They sent me their email address and direct phone number so that if I have any issues at all, I have a direct line of communication to them. Everyone has been so friendly.
Wow, seriously! Just got a call from Home Finders. We were looking at a home that would have been perfect for us. It would have accommodated all of us. The lady I talked to stated that their lease only allows for two leaseholders to be in the home. So only two persons over the age of 18 can live there. I explained that it was Brian and I and my parents, Brandon in April and Ryleigh every other weekend. She stated that that was too many over 18. This place is a joke i regret making the decision to do business with them. nothing is ever fixed properly i have called several times and can never reach anyone never get a call back its sad
