This company is HORRIBLE. We dropped our rent off in their mailbox in a very timely fashion. They neglected to check their mail and then started robo-calling me about the eviction process. They REFUSE to answer their phones, they REFUSE to diligently record their rent payments and they refuse to give decent customer service. I highly discourage anyone doing business with this company to RUN AWAY. When I asked for a call back, what did they do? THEY simply sent an email in response. What the hell?
Customer Service is a complete failure , BBB and your attorney is the best way to close this place

I work in property management as a regional and I’ve never seen a company ran this poorly. We were asked to end our lease early because the owner wanted the house back. They mentioned paying us to leave early even and now I’m stuck with a bill for almost $5000 for breaking my lease among other ridiculous charges. Never ever ever again.
Easily one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. They "purchased" the property management company I hired to lease my home in Denver last December. Since that purchase, GKHouses has failed in every aspect of the property management business. My tenants went without a working oven for more than 3 months because GKHouse "lost" the work order. Super dodgy when you try to call. I've been trying to contact them for weeks. We lived in one of their properties for 3 years, and we were charged in excess of $4,000 for regular wear and tear upon move out. They pretended that original damage was done by us (this house was built nearly 50 years ago and has obviously experienced a lot of life). Rather than to do the appropriate thing and return our security deposit, they charged us for repainting walls, replacing carpet, etc. Don't ever live with or work for these people.
