My schedule is filled with many "to do's" on the check list. Keeping my dental cleaning appointments is a preventaive messure that meets insurance guidlines ~ and keeps me smiling. I know, a dental cleaning will give me more time for other things by reducing the need for extensive dental repair work in the future. So its a "Just Do It" kinda thing. Today being my first visit to the practice, I did have a little anxiety of what it would be like. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted nicely. Information was traded without any confusion and within moments I was in for my procedure. Very easy people to talk to and actually a step by step explanation of what was going on with pictures too! I started seeing Dr. Webster in 2007 and the only reason I'm no longer his patient is because I moved out of state. Dr. Webster and his staff are the nicest, most professional dentists, assistants and hygienists I have ever dealt with. I've had to have a ton of restorative work done due to poor decisions on my part, and it was all done painlessly and professionally, non-judgemental and affordably. I like the ease of scheduling and contacts. I like the assistance provided with insurance and benefit coverage. I like all of the staff. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone. They graciously worked with me as a cash-patient, quickly scheduled an appointment for me, and continually represented superb customer service. The facility itself is very clean and inviting, and each staff member I came into contact with was professional and helpful. My expenses were discussed beforehand, and there were no hidden fees when it came time to check out. Honestly, I don't have any constructive criticism--just go see for yourself!
