Run. Don’t walk. RUN away from this scam shack. This place is a scam and a total joke. As a recurring customer, I’ve had multiple issues with last-minute price changes, but this time was the final straw. I booked a UV eyelash fill appointment well in advance (as I’ve done before), only to be texted 14 minutes before my appointment demanding an extra $30 — nearly a 50% increase. I just got my lashes done here for the first time ever getting lashes done. I did my research and I knew what to expect but since getting them done my eyes will not stop being irritated and red and itchy. The lashes are not what I asked for at all. I showed the girl inspo photos as well we when were talking about everything I wanted before getting started and what I did and didn’t like. This is a shame they make you pay a deposit and never send you an email stating your appointment was confirmed until the time of the appointment I never received one email stating it was confirmed it said it was pending. I wouldn’t give 1 star to this place very pissed off and you took the total amount out of my account. You need a better system. None of these emails state it was confirmed.
