I received an email saying I owed $50, I figured my insurance did not cover something. I paid it then called to make an appointment and I ask about the $50. It was because I missed an appointment that was made 6 months earlier, I was not informed in advance of this practice and all my other doctors remind me of appointments and I never miss one. I will take my business elsewhere. I was not informed by them of the appointment nor the fact I would have to pay $50.
