Arrived at clinic around 10:45 AM on Monday, January 14th and checked in. Was called back around 11:15 and went back for x-rays of elbow. Sports medicine practitioner came back and asked me a few questions and told me the x-rays were blurry because I had a hoodie on and it had bound up in the bend of the arm. I got charged 60 bucks to see a dr for less than 5 mins then got sent out for MRI now I have to pay another 60 bucks to get my results that's bullshit won't ever come back and will tell everyone I know to never use this place

I thought that I had broken my hip so I went to the bone and joint urgent care. Makes sense right? Wrong they refused to see me and sent me on my way to either another urgent care or an emergency room! I came here because I think I have a bone injury! They said they needed a referral first! I had to hobble out in pain in search for some other place to treat my urgent hip problem

I experienced a lack of care and concern. The dr did not examine me, just discussed what the x-rays revealed. She dismissed another correlated symptom which is causing a lot of pain. I thought I would receive more expertise than a regular after hours clinic due to the nature of my injury involving bones. I am very disappointed.

Came in regarding a knee injury at 10:30 am on Saturday Sept. 16th. The female receptionist, male nurse and X-ray technician where all very nice and helpful. However, the doctor seemed to be annoyed that I was there. She was quite rude in her sarcastic remarks. I had just gotten X-rayed, and I don't think she even saw them. She recommended an MRI, which is fine, but the way she said it with her eyes half rolled up and a snarky attitude "I don't have special X-ray eyes to see what's going on". I did not visit the urgent care, however, when I called for an appointment and couldn't get one immediately, it would have been nice if the person I was talking with had mentioned, "Hey we have an urgent care if you feel you need it." As it was, I ended up in the ER and got very little done for me!!

This was our second time to use this facility. Both time very satisfying experiences. The first time was a few years ago when my husband tore a muscle in his arm. From the minute we got there till the minute we left, we were given quality care and referred to a surgeon, Dr. Marberry. Last night about 5:30pm we arrived, I filled out information, was taken to an exam room, received an xray on my injured knee and Brian Graham, PA-C gave me gracious quality care.
