After 20 years of MRIs, X-rays, and multiple radiologists and surgeons confirming spinal issues, I was referred to this doctor for the next step. Instead, he dismissed everything, saying it was “mental” and that my back looked fine—completely contradicting years of medical records. I was so imPressed with the efficient way the appointments are kept. I also greatly appreciate Dr. Drake listening to me and explaining procedures clearly. I had never had any experience with the hospital he chose, but boy am I thankful for that as well. Everything from the first visit, my surgery, post op. was better than I had experienced in the past. Was referred to Dr Drake because of cervical problems. His PA was professional, knowledgeable, reviewed MRI & x-rays with me and pointed out what causes my pain. I would give her a 5 star. She left room for little more than a minute to review with Dr Drake, came back and gave his verdict of injections! Did not see him, do not know if he had time to look at any radiology. Injection did nothing for me. Saw a neurosurgeon who personally spoke to me and reviewed my radiology with me - will be having surgery to fix the problem. N... read more

Dr. Drake has “had my back” since 2018. He has performed 4 surgeries on me and I will soon have the 5th. He has consistently given me top notch treatment, listened to my concerns, and addressed everything I’ve asked about. He will stick with you until you’re fixed! He’s a perfectionist, and his work, in my opinion, is as close to perfect as it gets! I wouldn’t consider any other surgeon! He also has the greatest office staff, and his PA is awesome as well.
