We recently moved away from Bellevue, but during our 5 years there we quickly realized what quality care was like from our mechanics. Jim consistently went above and beyond to make sure we got the help we needed for our car. I knew from the beginning that he was someone I could trust to be fully honest. I came in before Christmas. I didn't have a positive experience, so I left a negative review. Jim the owner immediately reached out to me. He was very upset that I hadn't received the standard of customer service he strives for all his customers. I have since met with him and it is clear that he strives for perfection in customer service and expects the same of his staff. Everyone makes mistakes, but Jim has gone over and above to make it right.

I had an oil change scheduled for 2 pm. I showed up around 1:20 pm. They were fast and efficient. They got my car in shortly after I got there which was still a good amount of time before my scheduled appointment. They made sure I had air in my tires as well as offered to replace my rear windshield wiper which I graciously declined. I receive great service every time I go into tuffys tires & auto service in Bellevue.

Great customer service just got my tire fixed took only 5 mins
I absolutely love this place!! The customer service is absolutely amazing and the people that work there are the friendliest I've ever experienced!!! I drive all the way from Lincoln to have work done because the trust of the work and the all around service is the best PERIOD!!!
