Very unhappy with the customer service we recieved. Anywhere we have ever taken a vehicle it has been common practice to let us know cost prior to the repair. Not this time repairs were made and when they were questioned about why repairs were made without our approval they became very rude and standoffish which in my opinion is bad business.

Jim and his staff are honest and work hard to get what NEEDS to be done, done. The service of the entire staff was friendly. We will be taking our cars to Tuffy's when they need work done. Thanks Jim and staff!
