I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on last Saturday in the snow and cold with two babies in the car. We limped on over to Tuffy's parking lot (closest place to stop) and went in to see if it could be patched. They had no bays open and we were in a hurry to get somewhere, so started just putting on the spare. An employee came out with the big jack, took our broken tire inside and was able to patch it and get us back on the road. Thanks again, Tuffy!

The team at Tuffy in Bellevue is amazing. You showed my daughter, a young adult really handling car care by herself for the first time, an amazing amount of respect. You did a lot of work with a quick turnaround and, just to make sure she was good to go, your techs fixed her tire and checked her oil (which was a lovely surprise). WOW You just can not find a better place!!! I have been here before for major work and they did a great job!! Today I stopped by to see if I could get a quick oil change, no problem they say, I mentioned I was going to walk across the street and the owner gave me keys to a vehicle to drive so I would not get run over crossing Cornhusker, drove across and got what I needed done at Sprint and came back a 1/2hour later and my car was ready.
