If you ever find yourself in Tuffys, RUN. Run far far away. Took my car in to get checked out. Called for 4 days trying to find out what was going on. Finally they let us know we needed a starter. Let them know we had a warranty and that was covered. We went into the shop 30 minutes after that call. We were upset it took 4 days to find that out. Again 30 minutes later we are in the shop but now told the engine seized while one of the technicians were driving it.... It took them over a week to call the warrenty company. The o... read more

You forgot to tell the story about how we gave you a loaner car to drive throughout the process and in a charge you for a lot of extra things we did. I will call Matt in the morning and find out what's going on with a hiisi you and why I was not informed about it and I need to know a little bit about the battery and the arking and things of that nature. Recommendedgood work at a fair price
We found Jim Howe & Tuffy’s after asking for recommendations for a muffler job when 2 local shops fell short and boy, did we luck out! Not only did multiple people recommend this shop but Jim & his crew were very accommodating, friendly and excited for the challenge!
