I went to this car dealership and trade it in my vehicle. It was a very good vehicle that was worth the trade in. I traded it in and paid an extra $20,000 to get a truck totaling 30 grand for a new truck. I understood because we paid cash that there was only a two-week warranty. However I haven't even gotten my paper plates taken off and then within this 30 days the check engine light has turned on. On or around December 2019 I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300C from Tucson Used Autos. Thee above mentioned vehicle had some work that had to be done to it that being an electrical & cosmetic repair. Robbie the sales rep was upfront with everything in detail on this car he walked me thru from the test drive to filling out all paperwork. I had left a review on 06/07/2021 and received a call from CJ on 06/8/2021. We had a discussion and have resolved he issue.
This place is awful! First of all ( and a huge mistake!) we went to Tucson Auto to look for a car. The person I spoke with is called CJ . We went to see what he had to offer. He stated that since my credit wasn't great that he would work a deal with me. So he shows us this 1998 Mercedes M-Class model. Company will take your money and not give it back to you I’ve been waiting over a month for my refund on a purchase that fell through due to them keeping the truck away from me in order for me to buy it for three weeks then once the vehicle was done with its repairs and I could come pick it up they decided to raise the price by $9000 even though I locked in $1000 deposit that through text message wouldn’t change the price and they told me that they had no control over it I work at a dealership myself for heavy equipment cate... read more
We purchased a 2008 GMC Canyon a month ago. We completely understand that its a used vehicle and its older. The first issues we experience was 2 days after we purchased the vehicle were blown fuses in the dash board. They "fixed" it. A week later, the fuses went out again and the windshield wipers stopped working. We took it in again and they only could fix one relay and wait on the other one.
