I purchased my Durango from here and its been amazing since purchasing. I see a lot of complaints but to each their own, this place was great Ill come here everytime to buy a car!!

BEWARE I bought a car from this dealer. 29 days and 597 ***** later it broke down. I am still waiting, 2 weeks later, for them to fix my car. Manipulation and delay is all I'm getting.
I went to this car dealership and trade it in my vehicle. It was a very good vehicle that was worth the trade in. I traded it in and paid an extra $20,000 to get a truck totaling 30 grand for a new truck. I understood because we paid cash that there was only a two-week warranty. However I haven't even gotten my paper plates taken off and then within this 30 days the check engine light has turned on. I went back and tried to see if I could change the car for another one and the guy looked me in the face and told me too bad th... read more

On or around December 2019 I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300C from Tucson Used Autos. Thee above mentioned vehicle had some work that had to be done to it that being an electrical & cosmetic repair. Robbie the sales rep was upfront with everything in detail on this car he walked me thru from the test drive to filling out all paperwork. On the contract it stated he would fix the problems I mentioned prior with that being said I just took my car to Jim Click Dodge on 5/5/21 to have the problem(s) corrected. I had left a review on 06/07/2021 and received a call from CJ on 06/8/2021. We had a discussion and have resolved he issue.
This place is awful! First of all ( and a huge mistake!) we went to Tucson Auto to look for a car. The person I spoke with is called CJ . We went to see what he had to offer. He stated that since my credit wasn't great that he would work a deal with me. So he shows us this 1998 Mercedes M-Class model. Gives us a price of $5000 and payments made to him in the amount of $260.00 per month. My daughter was excited as this car is for her. Well, 2 months down the line, the car does not start.
