RecommendedDr Housman is an excellent MD His support staff are excellent. My husband will need hip replacement and I feel confident that we have the right Dr to perform the surgery!
People are nice in the clinic, but follow up is terrible and it is almost impossible to get anyone to talk to you on the phone....call and wait on hold for many minutes only to be disconnected

TOI NW is a great place to get care. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors are friendly, caring, and attentive. Sometimes the wait can be a little long if busy, but not anymore than any other office. I've had 3 hand surgeries( 2 carpal tunnel releases, 1 trigger thumb release) from Dr. Shapiro and thankful for each one. I have one more trigger thumb surgery coming up and cant wait. The surgeries have given me the function of my hands back. Plus, no more pain. Dr. Shapiro is a great surgeon.

Most of all Dr Mahoney and Dr Knox not only know what they are doing but they also take the time to explain everything so anyone can understand the procedures. I highly recommend these doctors and the Tucson orthopedic institute.
