My appointment was at 9:00am, I was running late and arrived exactly at 9, was called back by 9:10, staff was friendly and everything was so fast!!! I got to a room and nurse asked a few question then said dr would be in soon, dr was in 30 seconds later, he did his checking my hand and decided we needed a X-ray, he walked out and 30 seconds later I was being taken to X-ray, when I got back to room the dr was ready to discuss X-ray.... he then told me we need my hand in a cast, he walked out and 2minutes later I was having a ... read more
My son had surgery yesterday with Dr. Neilson and we went in at 5:30am to prep. His surgery was scheduled at 7:30am. I am so impressed with the way they took care of my son. They even had a woman talk to my son and show him what is going to happen and make sure he knows he is in good hands.He went into surgery at 7:30am promptly. I recommend this place to everyone as they are top notch!! Dr. Neilson is one heck of a surgeon. Will always come back!
Still too soon . I wish they would have checked with the insurance when they wrote the scripts . There was alot of confusion between the Dr and the insurance because of pre-authorization , which resulted in my Wife not getting her pain meds until 12 hours after her surgery . I hope this review might help prevent this from happening to anyone again . The staff was nice and everyone was very professional , I would like to thank all of them and wish them a Wonderful Holiday Season .
I have had the absolute best experience at TOI. DR ANCTIL and his scheduler Carrie were thorough. All the staff in pre-op and in recovery were so patient due to me not being able to use a nerve blocker, i was in lots of pain.
The Doctor was straight forward with me on what to expect, what can, may or will happen. And what my plan is. In order for me to make a good decision for myself. Thank you!
Came in for surgical revision. Highly organized, professional, friendly. Dr. Jeung & team is outstanding. Couple of kinks when I got to my room but nursing staff did work hard to fix and things went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
I've seen Dr. Nielsen for about 3 years now! He and his staff are the best! Great patient care in a timely manner! Takes the time to hear my needs. Had out patient surgery yesterday and the staff at TOI is top notch.
