Just got off the phone with the scheduling department. I was told that Dr Gorman would have to APPROVE a workmans comp claim appointment. As a law enforcement office that was hurt on the job, I take offence to that. I don't make alot of money or have that much leave. waiting a week for a doctor to maybe approve treating my injury is a hardship. Beside, it still hurt!!!!
drs were nice however, billing and DME department do not know how to keep track of payments. We paid for the inserts that my son needed and they are trying to recharge me for what we paid. They should have better records of peoples payments. DONT BUY FROM THEM
Thanks to Dr Wild Jr and staff, I had my right knee replacement done December 2018, and my left hip replacement April 2019. The whole experience was great! The surgery, the stay and care! It was nothing like I expected, I thankDr Wild for making me feel young again!! Best surgeon!!! The perfect knee and hip! Jeffrey Hampton 5 star absolutely!!
All doctors and staff are great.
45 minutes sitting in this small room. So far doctor is 45 minutes late. Still waiting! Appointment time WAS 10 am. It is now 10:45. Medical assistant has no personality or compassion.
