I pre-booked to have sidesteps installed on my Ford Territory and took time off work specifically for the appointment. After dropping the vehicle off, I received a call approximately two hours later advising that the hoist had a failed seal and the job could not proceed. After calling this company to service my Nissan xtrail and to flush out my coolant and re aligning my under plate I was very happy with the service and price. Nothing was to too complicated or an issue 5 stars comes from me ! Highly recommend Chris and his customer service and efficiency!
