I was only in the office for a consult, however, I feel all my questions and concerns were thoroughly considered and answered.

Dr. Qing Ming Chen's receptionist was able to reschedule my appointment last minute. I was in and out in no time, as usual! The whole team is very professional & kind!
Dr. Chen, her associates and assistants make the dental experience that no one looks forward to, a pleasurable experience. Dr. Chen is one of the most highly trained dentists I have ever known and provides a wider array of services than most in the business. She has provided me with crowns and fillings like most but also 4 implants in the same day plus a sinus lift. She and her staff go to great measures to sterilize the environment to avoid infection and are always polite and courteous. I would never leave her!
Love the flexibility with their appointment times. The staff is very kind, thorough, and professional. The hygienist who did my cleaning does a good job and shows great interest in my concerns. However, when it came time for the flossing she pressed down so hard because my teeth are so tight in the front. She didn't control how hard the floss hit my gums...that was painful. Had a great cleaning experience
This was my first time to Dr. Chen's and I found her and the staff very friendly and competent. They are patient and caring, making sure patient's understand the procedures and are comfortable.
