Not a fan of the dentist but Dr Chen and her staff makes the experience much more bearable. Dr Chen has done an excellent job on completing some much needed dental work I have been putting off for years. The young lady at the front desk offers a warm welcome when you arrive and has been great at answerimg any insurance questions I have had.
Very pleased with treatment by Dr. Chen and her staff. Highly recommend.
Kim was patience and understanding. My experience have been great. I only recommend they offer you something for pain after the procedure is over.

That was our second visit (just to have an exam and cleaning) with my son. He has good teeth - but during first visit doctor had hard times asking a boy to open his mouth, so me - to hold crying boy((( Today it was more like an adventure - not a torture. Million thanks Luda Bates! She showed my son all her tools and talked with him so nice that he was excited to clean all his teeth and allowed doctor to do all the procedures. Now we are all yours - me, husband and a son!
