Excellent care: cleaning and exam
L, the hygienist is very kind. But, rough when flossing. The entire staff are professional and personable.
Myself, wife, and three kids ages 4 to 9 all see Dr. Chen. Both her and the dental assistants are great with the kids. We left our previous dental provider after feeling like they were being too aggressive with their recommendations of work needed, especially on the kids. I have never felt like I was being over charged or like I was just a revenue stream. I trust her work and have been very happy with everyone at the practice.
As always it was a great visit. The professionalism modern technology and Dr. Chen’s experience all worked together for a great implant.
I am doing cleaning with Luda Bates almost three years and my gums are becoming much more healthier, inflammation is decreasing. So pleased with this results, service, personal attitude and affordable prices.
Dr. Q. Chen is a leader in the dental community and is the most knowledgeable dentist I have seen. She was caring and considerate of both my schedule and dental needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I strongly recommended Dr. Chen for all of your dental needs.
