3 years ago I moved into an apartment in Takoma Park managed by Tsintolas Realty to attend Law School. Having experienced nothing but professional service from Tsintolas, I was shocked to read the vicious reviews posted on this site by - Arthur Wohl in Van Buren, AR. I know this former tenant. We were living in one of Tsintolas' apartments for almost two years. I have asthma since I was 11 years old, that was reason enough for me to keep my home SPOTLESS from top to bottom. That's why I felt so insulted when we got that letter saying that the apartment was filthy. And other charges they sent us were more than questionable. After all these things, I wouldn't trust them. Find another apartment somewhere else. It all looks great when you sign the lease, but when you move out they're despicable and dishonest.
