The representative was excellent and they are in depth in knowledge. I had great experience with the whole them been assisting me past few days.
This was all new to me and Chelsea made it painless. She explained the program where I could understand and all I was entitled to. I can't praise Mr. Thaddeus ******enough for the assistance he and his team member Karen *******provided to me. I consider myself a pretty sharp individual BUT, there is absolutely NO WAY I would have been able to get through this convoluted process without their assistance.
