I am so happy I made that phone call it was extremely helpful with obtaining my insurance need, not only have I enrolled in a better plan through ACÁ... and now I have the best Medicare plan. I had to sign up for medicare and simply dreaded the nightmare of going thru the process on the computer which I am not good at. My part D enrollment which is usually the hardest one to complete but actually became the easiest one thanks to the agent that helped me thru it ! I was lucky enough to get an angel named Mikahla S. who led me thru the entire process with special care. Thank God for her because I would of never been able to get this done with anyone else ! Have enjoyed my relationship with TSS since retiring. With them I am confident that I have made the best insurance choices and when I have a question, help is only an email or call away. I am also able to work with the same specialist every year. Recently moved from Texas to Indiana. My specialist, Navraj, helped me through the change process. Look forward to working with her again during annual enrollment!

Navraj was so patient with my mom and found her a plan that will save her money and still get the coverage she needs - awesome! She helped me to understand what I needed as a first time Medicare person. Navraj’s knowledge and understanding of what I needed made signing up for the right Medicare supplemental plan a breeze.
