I thought I was going to retire in Feb 2020 when I turned 65 so I signed up for medicare. I ended up not retiring and staying on my employers health insurance. I canceled all of my medicare coverages, except A which is free. In July of 2021 I decided to retire so i had to sign up again for part B, D, and supplement. I could not find any decent help from the social security office. The system is not set up for a cancellation and then signing up again.
