Chelsea is awesome! Love love love working with her. She was able to assist my husband and I with an affordable health plan. She also help with a dental plan and HIP. She explained everything very well! Love her fun sweet personality. She made signing up fun and easy! :)
Chelsea has been a savior at this important time in my life. I’m a busy litigator who could not make heads or tails out of Medicare options. She quickly assessed my level of knowledge and patiently explained how everything worked. She walked me through the initial signup online for A and B. I would like to thank Thaddeus for all his patience in helping me with part of my Medicare program. I was overwhelmed with so much info that I didn't know and he made the process go quickly and understandable. And didn't mind me asking possibly the same question over and over ... and helping me with understanding it all. I am thankful for the insurance agent who referred me to the company Thaddeus works for and am happy he answered when my insurance guy called and Thaddeus answered.
