Navraj ******* has been helping me with some medicare information. From day one she has been very informative and was very helpful in all that she did for me. I highly recommend her to anyone that is entering the medicare system and has questions on any of the process. She is very caring. I appreciate all the time she took with me and can tell she knows her stuff when it comes to medicare.

Review for Mikahla-needed to obain an advantage plan for my wife going from an supplement plan which was not doing her any good. Mikahla game me 3 options to look at. This took some time to make a review. It was not an 8-5 proposition as sometimes the answers came to me in the evening so we could discuss the next business day. Excellent experience. All options were explained in an easy relatable way. Medicare was totally untangled and made easy through this experience. My agent, Mr. ****** was knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I felt empowered to make a decision and that it was the right one for me! What I absolutely loved was the excellent customer service that went above and beyond and the follow up. I have been talking with Thaddeus ****** on my Medicare sign up for a month or so now, as I am just this year eligible for benefits. I was having a hard time trying to make sense of it all and knew that I would need some kind of supplemental coverage as well.
