ANDREA WAS VERY PATIENT , STAYED WITH ME ON THE CALL FOR HOURS, SHE HELPED ME AND SHE FINALLY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM HERSELF, SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT AND HELPING ME APPLY THROUGH DSS. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TREATED ME LIKE I WAS HER MOM I COULD'NT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER PERSON TO HELP ME WITH THIS VERY INTRICATE SUITUATION.
