Great experience with this agency!! Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The caregiver has been reliable and caring, and it’s made a big difference for our family. Communication has been good, and any questions we’ve had were answered quickly. Definitely happy with the service we’ve received.
Horrible experience with this agency. 2 homemakers that have been terrible. One couldn't speak or understand English and the second one Mirnelle is difficult, refused to assist me and I had to beg her to do a simple task such as washing clothes which she refused to do. I am in the process of filling a grievance against this agency
