Recommendedit was a wonderful experience. Being able to block out everyday stuff and just float I would recommend it for anybody who wants to feel very deeply relaxed and peaceful. And the staff that works there are incredible and supportive and explained everything since this was my first time

Had my first experience at True Rest in Brick and absolutely loved it! Very calming and serene experience. For someone who has a hard time shutting their mind off, the float certainly helped me do that. I also slept better than I have in months! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to my next float.

True Rest Brick was the most relaxing and serene experience ever! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Floating in a pod of 1000 lbs of Epsom Salts helps me to shut off my mind and deeply relax. After, I felt so calm and refreshed. You can hang out in the meditation room as long as you want- hang at the oxygen bar, read a book, sip on some tea, eat fruit. BEST float spa ever, I highly recommend!
Fantastic experience...I highly recommend it. I feel so relaxed
overpriced. 2 times the water was cold. floors dont have anything so you dont slip on them. you can pay half the price for 90 min at alot of other places. the don't have the cabins. they get too pushy about booking your next float. AND THEY TOOK AWAY THE FREE BIRTHDAY FLOAT.
