TrueREST in Brick is clean and has a great atmosphere. Feels like you are in a resort spa. I recommend for stress, anxiety, and back pains. It's a wonderful way to escape from a busy work day.

Had a gift certificate for a while and just never got to using it. Wanted to try it after a veteran event we just had to unwind and get present. Less than 10 minutes I felt like I was floating in space. I was breathing blissfully as my heart rate became restful. The tank may looking intimidating but it’s much bigger than you think.
