RecommendedAwesome staff at both the Brick and Ocean location. Scott, Stefano, Michelle, Alex, Tevin, Austin, all great people. I have a job some would consider stressful. It helps me to have clarity for better decision making, mental recall, creativity and being present. I highly recommend either location.
I absolutely loved this. It was my first experience doing it and it was the most relaxing hour that I’ve ever had. They helped clear away my thoughts during a very stressful time and help relieve joint pain in my ankles. I would highly recommend True REST Float Spa to everyone.
I love love love this place! I have chronic pain and when I am floating for that one hour I don’t have pain! Staff is amazing! Very clean! Everyone should try floating! It’s the BEST!

I’ve been having some inflammation issues from old sports injuries and just everyday usuage and decided to go for a 1 hour float in 1000 pounds of Epson salt. Most surreal experience best relaxation ever was nervous at first but it was totally worth it can’t wait to go again
Today was my second float at True Rest. It was even more relaxing than my first trip!! It was hard to relax myself and let go on my first float, but eventually I settled in. This trip was even more rejuvenating. I settled right in, turned off the lights, and melted into the water. The staff is phenomenal, the facility is clean, and the experience is beyond words.
