I’ve been wanting to try this for over a year, finally got to today. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, that I’ll keep coming back for. The staff were extremely nice & informative. The entire place from the entrance, float pods, etc were immaculately clean. After the float you can stay in their lounge area, have tea or water, use their oxygen bar, read other people’s experiences from the float spa, & further relax. The whole experience was fantastic! I’ll be back. Thank you!

The past few weeks I have been stressed!! Both physically and mentally! I went for my first float today and feel the best I have felt in years!! I will be back again and again. warning FLOATING MAY BE ADDICTIVE!!
Relaxation on a whole different level
As a construction worker who works outside in this freezing weather. I have to say , what a joy it is to defrost and float to sleep for an hour! The muscle soreness is greatly diminished too! anyone who does physical work and works out in the elements should really try true rest Float Spa!
This is one of the most important things you could do for your body. It is like hitting the reset button and giving yourself the rest and rejuvenation you need all in one place. Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, and kind. Place is incredibly clean, and ambiance is just what you need to escape the chaos and stress of the everyday life. They also have great deals, discounts and memberships. I am so glad I found out about true rest float spa. It has truly made my life so much more manageable. I hope you will give it a try.
