I love true rest float spa in Brick. It's the best way to spend an hour of healthy, relaxing me time.
This was my first time. I was a little unsure if I would float and really feel relaxed. I was floating before my whole body got in the tank. So relaxing. If you’re on the fence on whether or not to try this...DO IT!! You will not regret it.
Don't waste your time. They cancelled twice both times on a Saturday as we were walking in the door. 2nd time we were in the parking lot. Get your business together or it's not going to go anywhere. My time in valuable and it's apparent that this company doesn't think so.
Highly recommend coming here! I heard such good things about this place before trying and I wasn't sure if it would help me with my anxiety. I was completely wrong I spent an hour in the float and absolutely loved it and became a member with my boyfriend! Excited to see where all the future floats lead us too!!

Receptionist was super nice and helpful I felt very very calm afterwards and my muscles were very relaxed . It was my first float and planning to try to go once a week . I think everyone should experience it
