Went here tonight for my birthday and I'm glad I did. It was the best meal I have ever had in Roseburg. I got the seared scallops which were cooked perfectly and the blueberry mojito was fantastic as well. The decor and atmosphere is modern, warm, and inviting! I hardly ever write reviews but I had to share how great a gem this place is.

Beautiful restaurant. Such attention to detail in the atmosphere, food , drinks, everything. Roseburg has needed something special and this is it. The hors d'oeuvres are different and wonderful. Been there twice. First time I had the short ribs which were so very tender, no knife needed! Husband had a burger, made with 3 different cuts and he reported it was the best he has had. Very excited about this restaurant and look forward to making it a habit! Very well done!

The place has good curb appeal and the atmosphere inside looks inviting. They pour a good drink but the 5 of us each had a different meal with 2 out of 5 being satisfied. Even one of those had a few too many bones in the Sea Bass special. One comment about the rib eye was that he could expect the same quality from Sizzler, so if that's the meat you like, you'll enjoy True. Salmon was just ok and the pork chop was dry.
