The food here is just great! defiantly somewhere to impress the lady's for a dinner :)
My wife and I enjoyed burgers at True Kitchen last night! Teri had the True Bleu with house fries, and I had the Mushroom Swiss burger with the house chips. The atmosphere was wonderful, the decor classy and the food excellent! We were seated in the bar, where they have semi circular seats. It was nice sitting on the same side of the table, because we were able to carry on a conversation. The server was friendly, attentive and enthusiastic! Thank you True Kitchen for making our "date night" a great one- we will be back!

Loved the atmosphere, the beautiful interior, and the employees! Had a few glitches with our meal. Husbands scallops were cooked perfectly and presentation besutiful. I had the salmon which was overcooked and my rice was undercooked. Our waitress comped that meal and made it right, felt great about that. She took care of it and that was important. We love Lisa and will come back to support her.
Awesome food, service, atmosphere! We had the Crab Cakes with their Remoulade Sauce and Mediterranean Chicken for the entree-so fresh and delicious and could have easily split it. Blueberry Mojito a real winner, too. I give them a 10+++++++!

Enjoyed dinner tonight very much, as did my company. The Salmon and a few burgers were ordered. Food was perfect! A small delay in our initial drink order, but after a sincere apology and prompt delivery after the realization they were wonderful! I highly recommend the True Blood Orange Margaritas!! So glad to have this great new option in Roseburg! Recommendation to owners/management - I would love to see the opportunity for lunch meetings / buffett style lunch gatherings.
Love this place! It's exactly what downtown Roseburg needed. Their cocktail menu is outstanding, especially their Moscow Mules. Everything I have tried on the menu is fantastic. I highly recommend the pesto pasta primavera. Yum! Great decor and atmosphere and awesome staff. So happy for you, Lisa!
