RecommendedPaula has done everything that’s in her will power to make sure I’m good. She always call and follow up with me to make sure I’m good. There is not a time she have called where she gave me attitude or sounded like she didn’t want her job. She ALWAYS sound jolly and happy about helping me. Sometimes I need things to be repeated to make sure I understand because I overthink things. She never showed any signs of impatience or irritation when I do need things repeated. The most horrible company I have ever been in business with. Wells Fargo told them it was there error and yet this company still removed my 10k credit limit after clearly knowing it wasn’t my fault. I don’t recommend them to anyone . I have filed a formal complaint with the CPB and the FTC . Please Beware
The advertising is a little misleading....I never see a fuel discount anywhere only charged extra to use this service more like adding 12cents to the gallon. Then how can u built ur line of credit useing 3 party fuel card other then small things the company is great customer service keeps me laughing they are funny and very good hearted people I love getting on their nerves sometimes they know me by my name they work hard to make sure ur treated fair...yes I would recommend them..

Couldn’t ask for better customer service! They will make check to see how everything is going and if your not happy with something, they will certainly get it straightened out right way! Very helpful and nice people to deal with!
I am leased to a company that prefers I use their fuel card. I have Trucker’s Solution as a backup in case I move out on my own authority. Even though I have only used the card a couple times, I get periodic phone calls checking to see how I’m doing and checking to see if there is anything I need from them. Trucker’s Solution also got me registered for MATS and I am looking forward going to the show and meeting the Trucker’s Solution people.
