Upon check-in I went to my room and checked it out and looked at the bed and pulled back the sheets and there was long black tangled hair on the foot of the bed with looks like some kind of crumbs. The young lady at the time of check in I reported it to and she had someone change the sheets. Breakfast needs to be adjusted, as a diabetic I could not eat any of the breakfast items and the one thing I could eat was a banana and upon peeling the banana it ended up to be rotten.
On my trip from Phoenix, Arizona, to Oregon Illinois, this was by far the best and nicest hotel my mom and I stayed at. The front desk worker was very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. Complimentary breakfast and the room was modern and very nice and clean. Thank you!! 🙏
We had a pleasant experience. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and the AC worked. The water was not cold and we didn’t have to wait for it to warm up.
Tv blows. Ads load quick but the actual show is very glitchy. Even tried unplugging the tv. It’s not the tv it’s the network.
