I injured my back some 20 years ago, (the "spinous" the fins that mussel attaches too) were laid flat. I explained this to Dr. Troy Smith, and he knew exactly what to do. He fixed it and it has helped tremendously. Unfortunately, when I lift something too heavy, it comes back. But having someone who can adjust it right is almost impossible. But he did.
This chiropractor "pops". He does an awesome job adjusting me, very strong, kind, and considerate.
